The reality of a Miami winter is just this, a floral wrap dress and white boots. I wore this flowy feminine piece on New Year's Eve and loved it. It's likely the most casual look I have worn on a NYE in a long time, (usually sequins) but that was exactly what I was going for. Fun, casual, comfortable, and a little sexy, too. I loved it so much, I repeated the look again within four days. I think I may be asking for the other colors/patterns for my birthday.
