Hey Everyone!

I am Rachel and welcome to Parsley and Pom Poms.

I studied Fashion Design and Fabric Styling at Pratt and FIT in New York City. I am Jersey girl born and raised, but Manhattan will always have my heart. I currently live in sunny South Florida with my amazing husband Zach and our cutie pie daughter Vanessa. I am a Guardian ad Litem child advocate and Foster parent. I have an enthusiasm for nature and proudly support the protection of our oceans and endangered wildlife. I never turn down an opportunity to travel and explore new places. I am a color lover and design obsessed. Decorating desserts and our home are just two of my favorite things. Above all, I adore being a Mom and all the things that come along with being a Mom, especially Play-Doh and little shoes.

I created Parsley and Pom Poms as a way to share my passions. This site is my journey through life creating and seeking out what I love.
