In juicer blend the following (makes about two full juice glasses or four champagne flutes)
5 Green Apples, small to medium size
5 Carrots, large
3 Celery stalks
1 Ginger root, medium size
Pour into champagne flute, because why not? Garnish with one leftover top from a green apple, one carrot stick, and colorful festive straw.
